Privacy Policy
MowFlow is a Mocktar Technologies product. This policy explains how MowFlow handles information when you use the website and application.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name and email, workspace and client records, job schedules, service notes, uploaded work photos, and billing identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card information. MowFlow does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use this information to provide authentication, scheduling, client management, proof of work, subscriptions, support, security, and service communications. If location features are introduced, precise GPS data will be collected only after notice and permission.
Service providers
MowFlow relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, Stripe for billing, and Vercel for application hosting. These providers process information under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data retention
We retain active account data while you use MowFlow. After account deletion, we remove the account and associated workspace data from active systems. Stripe and Mocktar Technologies retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records for the periods required by applicable law.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account from Dashboard Settings. Deletion removes your profile, workspace, clients, jobs, schedules, uploaded work photos, and saved payment methods. An active subscription is canceled immediately.
Your choices and rights
You may access or update your account information inside MowFlow. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us from your account email.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, managed authentication, and restricted server credentials to protect account data. No online service provides absolute security.
Children
MowFlow is a business operations service and is not directed to children under 13.
